Initial Meeting

A brief 20- minute consultation call to get an idea of the scope of the project, budget and how Luxjure Designs can be of assistance. Client should have about 5 photos that display examples of their style for centerpieces, colors and shares, lighting, décor look, draping, sweetheart table, backdrops, and anything else that they love & must have. Describe to the designer the vison you have for your event (For example, Rustic glam, Romantic Pinks, Chic glam, Glamour & Elegance, Sparkle and Shine)

site visit

Designer will visit the venue to measure and make professional recommendations regarding ideas for the space and floor plan ideas

deep dive

Brainstorm with the designer: Work together to develop how we will incorporate your colors, themes and style into every aspect of your event. Layout floor plan. Review décor elements such as: Backdrop for head table/sweet heart table, Uplighting, Wall and Ceiling draping, Decor for head table, Guest table design (ex: will the guest tables have charger plates, napkins, water glasses) Chiavari or banquet chairs.

Concept Review

Concept displays are typically provided on request a month before the event to display various layouts.
